Privacy at LotCaster
Effective September 5, 2026. This page explains the information LotCaster uses to provide its inventory, lead, and customer-communication workspaces.
Information we process
LotCaster processes account details, dealership membership, inventory-source settings, vehicle inventory, lead and customer contact details, consent records, message content and delivery status, listing workflow records, and basic technical information needed to operate and secure the service.
How information is used
We use this information to authenticate users, import and organize dealership inventory, prepare listing packets, support team workflows, maintain customer conversations, route follow-up work, troubleshoot problems, and protect the service.
Text messaging
When a customer has provided appropriate permission, LotCaster may help an authorized user send and receive customer-care text messages. We retain the phone number, message history, delivery records, consent source, and opt-out history needed to provide and document that service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to end text messages or HELP for assistance.
Mobile-information sharing
LotCaster does not sell personal information. Mobile opt-in information and consent are not shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide information to communications, database, hosting, security, and support providers only as necessary to operate LotCaster and deliver requested communications.
Inventory connections
LotCaster may receive inventory through approved dealer websites, feeds, direct integrations, or the optional browser companion. The companion activates only when a signed-in user starts an authorized import and does not store the user’s LotCaster password or a permanent database credential.
Retention and security
Information is retained as needed to provide the service, document communication preferences, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. We use access controls and encrypted connections, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal account information by contacting 2011vge@gmail.com. You can withdraw SMS permission at any time by replying STOP. Dealership and customer records may also be subject to applicable retention requirements.
Updates
We may update this notice as LotCaster evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the effective date above.
