Connect the dealership once. Bring the whole team.
Direct dealer integrations and feeds are preferred. The LotCaster Companion remains available when a supported direct connection is not yet available.
FALLBACK CONNECTORChrome and Microsoft Edge
Use the companion only when LotCaster cannot connect directly to the dealership’s approved inventory source. It also assists with reviewed Facebook vehicle forms, Marketplace Health telemetry, and seller-visible conversation capture for known LotCaster listings.
- Download and unzip LotCaster Companion 1.4.0.
- Open your browser's Extensions page and turn on Developer mode.
- Choose Load unpacked and select the unzipped folder. If upgrading an existing unpacked copy, replace the folder contents and click Reload on the LotCaster Companion extension.
- Reload LotCaster. The Companion badge should report version 1.4.0.

- Accept the secure dealership invitation.
- Create your personal password.
- Sign in and use the inventory assigned to your account.
Open web workspace Connection policy: Direct dealer integrations and feeds are the production path. Browser capture is a compatibility fallback and must only access inventory the dealership is authorized to use.
