LotCaster terms of use
Effective September 5, 2026. These terms govern access to the LotCaster website, workspace, Inventory Companion, and customer-communication tools.
Authorized use
You may use LotCaster for lawful inventory, listing-preparation, lead-management, and customer-care activities involving information and customers you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for protecting your account and for activity performed through it.
Text-message terms
If you expressly agree to receive LotCaster text messages, messages may include customer-care follow-up, responses to your inquiry, appointment coordination, and relevant vehicle information. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Human review is required
LotCaster prepares workflow materials and message drafts but does not guarantee that vehicle information, availability, price, financing statements, descriptions, or suggested responses are error-free. Users must review customer-facing content and comply with consent requirements, dealership policy, advertising rules, platform terms, and applicable law before sending or publishing.
Third-party services
LotCaster may help users work with third-party websites and communications providers. LotCaster is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by third-party inventory providers, Facebook, Meta, any wireless carrier, or any vehicle manufacturer. Your use of third-party services remains subject to their terms.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse LotCaster, bypass access controls or communication preferences, interfere with the service, upload malicious material, send unlawful or unsolicited messages, use the product to violate another party’s rights, or access customer or inventory information you are not authorized to manage.
Availability
Features may change as the product improves. We work to keep the service reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Disclaimer and responsibility
LotCaster is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. The sending user remains responsible for lawful consent, final prices, disclosures, inventory status, communications, and published content.
